About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic team player to join a professional team. The post holder will support Managers in all aspects of Board and Examination administration and attendance at examinations.

In this role you will be responsible for creating, managing and organising reports using spread-sheets, database applications and updating relevant data using database application, creating and updating various documents and electronic information. You will also analyse and interpret statistical information and other data to produce relevant reports, research and investigate information to enable strategic decision-making by others and arrange and participate in meetings and project team activities.

There may be requirement for the role holder to work outside of normal working hours and travel for work occasionally. 

Experience/Qualifications/Key Skills

With an enthusiastic, methodical and conscientious approach to work you will be educated to a minimum level of at least credit level Standard Grade English (or equivalent). Youwill have good keyboard skills and have the ability to use IT systems efficiently and effectively (MS Word, Excel). Relevant work experience in a similar organisation/background or proven secretarial/administrative ability is desirable. The ability to work as part of team, communicate effectively at different levels and coordinate a diverse range of activities is essential as is the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy, to tight deadlines and to prioritise day-to-day workloads under minimum supervision.
